Numb
She stands in the pouring rain
Drench
Her beautiful dress torn
Eyeshadow smeared
As tears fall
Blinded
Long flowing hair
Masks
Her pale face

Longing
To be love
Screaming
Inside a broken heart
Damage
Knowing she has no value
Hoping death will come
Quickly
Why suffer any longer?

Hope
Seems so far from reach
Peace
Comes only in a dream
Shadowed
By false illusions of light
Darkness
A world of cruelty
Pain
Often a relief

Forsaken
Why are you so downcast?
Your Savior has not forgotten
Deliverance
Is just around the corner
Embracing
The lonely souls
Declaring
Your name Beloved

Wipe
Away the tears of sorrow
Smile
For the sun will shine again
Chasing
Away any doubts or worries

Roman 8: 26-28
In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groans that words cannot express. And He who searches our heart know the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes
for the saints in accordance to God’s will.
